Crosslink foam, Polyethylene- and/or EVA-based, has revolutionized different processes in the manufacture of different products.

The Polyethylene- and/or EVA-based polymerized thermoplastic is useful for transporting different products, as it can be molded into different shapes; it is also useful in the making of car seats, sporting goods, personal protection equipment, floors, footwear soles, among many other products that require comforting softness or memory.

Crosslink foam is manufactured at high temperatures, in a process with chemical reactions that cause the crystallization of ethylene, to which vinyl acetate is added so as to give it different texture and hardness characteristics according to its final use.
