1. Ornamental Insole
Usually bonded with a lining, it is used to give a stylish look to the footwear. The product used is XLPE-5lb-40° with a thickness of 1.5 millimeters to 3 millimeters.
2. Preformed Insole
Generally bonded with a lining, it provides greater comfort to the footwear. It is more hygienic as it can be removed and washed, and it offers a better appearance than the ornamental insole. The product used is XLPE-5lb-40° with a minimum thickness of 4 millimeters and up to 17 millimeters.
3. Orthopedic Insole
A wide range of hardness is used, ranging from 20° Shore C to 80° Shore C. The more rigid ones are usually for foot support, and the softer ones are for comfort.
4. Shoe Accessories
Crosslink foam is bonded with fiber and used to provide comfort and protection to the foot. It is used in huaraches, slippers (XPRIME-9lb-40°), and some economical footwear (XLPE-5lb-40°).
5. Midsoles
Used to provide support, comfort, and design to the shoes. The recommended product for women's shoes is XEVA-7.5lb-58° and XEVA-8.5lb-65°; for men's shoes, XEVA-14lb-70° and XEVA-19lb-80° are used.
6. Promotional Slipper Sole
An excellent economical option for use as a sole in events and hospitality. XLPE-5lb-40° is recommended.
7. Sandals and Platforms
A comfortable, lightweight, and easy-to-produce article. XLPE-6lb-58° and XEVA-8lb-58° are used.
